All of the providers on the Connect2Texas site bridge through Education Service Center Region XI.

Connections can be made the following ways:

IP Dial Out
IP Dial In
IP Over Internet 2
ISDN Dial In
ISDN Dial Out
($100 connection fee will be assessed by ESC Region XI)
Routed over Texas Education Telecommunications Network (TETN) for member districts
